Returns Policy

As a small and growing business, we’re currently unable to accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on our store page, except in cases where the product is defective. We understand this may not be ideal, but our policy will be reviewed as the business develops.

Defective Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a description (plus photos) of the issue. If the item is confirmed as defective, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

  • We cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders at this stage.
