Do I need a 3D model to start a project?

Not at all. You can come to us with anything from a rough idea to a basic sketch, and we’ll turn it into a functional design.

If you already have a 3D model, we can prepare it for printing or manufacture it as-is — whichever suits your needs.

How much does a typical project cost?

Most projects come in under £200 for design and print. If your file is ready to go, prints can start from around £40.

For larger or more complex work, we’ll provide a clear quote upfront — no surprises.

Can you print my existing files?

Yes — if it’s your own design. We work with individuals and businesses who need a reliable manufacturing partner for their own parts. We don’t currently offer printing services for files sourced online.

That said, this is something we plan to support in the future as our community workshop develops.

How long does it take?

Some projects can be turned around in as little as 24 hours. Most are completed within a week.

More complex or specialist work may take longer, but timelines are always agreed in advance.

Do you offer bulk or contract manufacturing?

We support ongoing production, batch manufacturing, and long-term partnerships. This can include bulk pricing, material sourcing, and tailored production setups depending on your requirements.
