  • PLA / PLA-CF

PLA is a great all-round choice for clean, good-looking parts that don’t need to handle much stress or heat. It’s ideal for decorative items, prototypes, and general use. The carbon fibre variant (PLA-CF) adds a sleek matte finish and increased stiffness, giving parts a more premium, engineered feel. However, both can be brittle under pressure and aren’t suited for outdoor or high-temperature use.

  • PETG / PETG-CF

PETG is tough, slightly flexible, and more durable than PLA, making it a smart pick for functional parts, brackets, or anything that might take a knock. It’s also moisture-resistant, so it performs well in kitchens, bathrooms, or outdoor spaces. PETG-CF takes things a step further, offering increased strength and heat resistance with a smart carbon fibre look. Slightly less detailed in finish than PLA, but much more robust.

  • TPU (FLEXIBLE)

TPU is a flexible, rubber-like material perfect for parts that need to bend, stretch, or absorb impact—like protective bumpers, cable grommets, or soft-touch grips. It’s hard-wearing, resistant to wear and tear, and great for anything that needs to move or flex. Not ideal for sharp edges or rigid parts, but excellent where flexibility is key.

  • ASA / ASA-GF

ASA is a weather-resistant, UV-stable material designed to handle outdoor environments without fading or cracking — great for housings, signage, or anything exposed to the elements. It has a smooth, slightly matte finish and good impact strength. ASA-CF adds carbon fibre for extra rigidity, reduced warping, and a high-performance look. Both are durable and long-lasting, but better suited to practical parts than high-detail cosmetic pieces.

  • PAHT-CF

PAHT-CF (High-Temperature Nylon with Carbon Fibre) is a heavy-duty material built for performance. It offers excellent strength, heat resistance, and chemical tolerance, making it ideal for engineering-grade parts, fixtures, and demanding industrial applications. Despite its toughness, it has a clean, professional appearance. Best for functional parts where durability and performance matter more than fine detailing.

  • PPS-CF

PPS-CF is an advanced material for serious industrial use — offering outstanding heat resistance, chemical stability, and mechanical strength. It’s well-suited to high-temperature environments and challenging conditions where most plastics would fail. This is the go-to option for highly specialised, technical components. Not recommended for cosmetic parts or low-stress applications, but unmatched when reliability is critical.
